Executive Summary

challenge
As an all-volunteer nonprofit, C.O.P.S. Arizona needed to maximize its impact with limited resources. The organization's digital presence had evolved over time without a cohesive strategy, creating inefficiencies across fundraising, communications, content management, and supporter engagement. The challenge was to modernize the organization's digital ecosystem while maintaining trust, supporting volunteers, and improving operational efficiency.
strategic decision
Rather than approaching individual design requests independently, I focused on creating a connected digital ecosystem that unified the organization's website, communications, fundraising, and operational workflows. Working closely with board leadership, I helped establish consistent branding, modernized the website and CMS, introduced workflow automation, improved supporter communications, and streamlined digital operations through integrated tools and processes. The result was a scalable digital foundation that allows volunteers to spend less time managing technology and more time supporting survivor families.
