Executive Summary

Pereview's marketing website and enterprise SaaS platform had evolved independently, resulting in an inconsistent customer experience that weakened brand perception and created unnecessary friction between marketing and product. As Lead UX Consultant, I helped unify both experiences by developing a shared design language, modernizing the public website, and creating a scalable design system aligned with the product team's technical architecture.

challenge

The organization faced more than an outdated website. Its public brand and enterprise application communicated two different experiences, creating inconsistencies that reduced credibility with enterprise buyers and increased complexity for future product development. The challenge was establishing a unified experience that aligned marketing, product, and engineering while respecting existing implementation constraints.

strategic decision

Rather than redesigning the marketing website in isolation, I approached the project as a broader product ecosystem initiative. Working closely with marketing, engineering, and product leadership, I established a shared design language built around Kendo UI, ensuring that customer expectations established through the website carried naturally into the enterprise application. By aligning interaction patterns, visual hierarchy, and reusable components across platforms, the project created a consistent digital experience that strengthened both brand perception and long-term scalability.
